Public report of confirmed Smart Token Vesting V2 token outflows across four networks.
Incident window: 14 October 2026 · Exploit-pattern rescan cutoff: 15 October 2026, 16:40:35 UTC · Inventory status: no material tokens awaiting disposition after Ethereum block 26,205,564 · Sources: transaction receipts, ERC-20 transfer logs and verified liquidation flows.

What happened

Attackers manipulated vesting share records and withdrew pooled tokens allocated across other vesting positions.

UNCX Smart Token Vesting V2 pools each token and tracks vesting positions with internal shares. On 14 October 2026, attackers found a sequence of public vesting actions that corrupted those share calculations. This allowed attacker-controlled positions to withdraw more tokens than the attackers had supplied, leaving the manager with fewer pooled tokens than its share records represented.

Attack mechanics

How one drain worked

Each confirmed drain used the same share-accounting failure. The calls were public; the attacker’s advantage came from making the pooled token balance and recorded global share supply disagree.

1

Create and release

An immediately vested, top-up-enabled position was released. Its active shares left global supply, while historical deposited-share data remained attached.

2

Restore tokens, not shares

Tokens were sent directly or supplied with flash liquidity. The manager balance increased without issuing matching shares, raising the token-per-share ratio.

3

Top up at the new ratio

The already released position was topped up against that distorted ratio and received only a small amount of new shares.

4

Cancel using old history

Cancellation reused the original deposited-share record, ignored shares already released and removed too many shares for only a nominal token refund.

5

Withdraw the excess

With global shares understated, a small retained position converted into a disproportionate amount of tokens from the shared pool.

Result Some attacks completed atomically; split variants performed the final release in a linked transaction. Reported manager outflow excludes temporary flash volume.
Accounting rule. Net VestingManager token outflow is calculated after removing attacker deposits and flash repayments. LP extraction is quote currency received minus the attacker’s own buys or liquidity contribution. Gross cyclic transfers and post-crash spot prices are excluded. This page supersedes the earlier post-incident mark-to-market aggregate for incident accounting and profit analysis.

Realized ETH routes use transaction-time Chainlink ETH/USD; stablecoins use their contemporaneous USD basis. Attacker principal and UNCX-controlled fee assets are excluded. Several non-BSC figures remain before gas, so the total is intentionally approximate. Returned assets are listed below by exact token amount without a separate USD valuation.

Token-flow accounting by asset

Net VestingManager outflow is measured after subtracting attacker-supplied tokens. “Arithmetic difference” is the net manager outflow minus the incident-linked fee-wallet receipt. These labels describe observed on-chain accounting only. Click any abbreviated token amount to reveal full precision.

Realized and routed proceeds are shown only in the assets actually received, including ETH, WETH, ETH-equivalent assets, USDT, USDC and BNB. This table does not assign USD conversions or spot-price notionals to the affected or returned tokens.

The hero does not mechanically add every bold token-row value. EDGEN, LO0P, PEPECOIN and PAAL show gross sale outputs individually, while the hero consolidates that primary Ethereum cluster once at its verified 13.721732302440309217 ETH retained amount after EOA gas and fees. This avoids double-counting gross routes and setup capital.

Incident summary and next steps

On 14 October 2026, attackers used a sequence of public Smart Token Vesting V2 actions to make pooled token balances and recorded shares diverge. This enabled attacker-controlled positions to withdraw excess assets across four networks. The sections above document the confirmed token flows, liquidation paths and post-incident returns identified so far.

UNCX is continuing to review the technical evidence, returned assets and possible next steps with legal counsel and other relevant advisers. This work needs to be completed carefully. We ask affected users and the wider community for time, patience and understanding while the review continues. Verified updates will be published through official UNCX channels when there is information to share. No individual outcome or timetable can be confirmed at this stage.
